I was the only developer on this one. BilFen Schools wanted teachers to create curriculum-aligned content with AI, so I built the whole thing — a RAG pipeline that actually understands Turkey's K-12 curriculum, a homework scanner that handles ~300 assignments a week, and a live quiz game that 15+ classrooms started using on their own. Went from idea to production in about 3 months.

My capstone project turned into a proper research paper. I tested three different RAG setups to see which one actually works best for educational chatbots — comparing accuracy, speed, and how often they hallucinate. The best config hit 86.2 F1 with under 1% hallucination. Got accepted at an IEEE conference and presented it.

I got tired of clicking 'Accept' on every single AI suggestion while coding, so I built a VS Code extension that does it for me. It hooks into Antigravity IDE and Agent Manager through Chrome DevTools Protocol and auto-accepts agent steps, terminal commands, and code edits. Turns out other people were annoyed by the same thing — 3,800+ downloads and counting.

Needed to reach a lot of companies for a university sponsorship campaign, so I built an AI-powered outreach system. Claude Code writes the emails, Google Apps Script handles the sending, and the whole thing tracks opens, replies, and auto-sends follow-ups. It ended up landing actual sponsorship deals — not bad for a side project.

A freelance gig for a dual-brand pharmacy chain. They needed a full website with store locator, SEO-friendly pages, and content management. I used Claude Code for most of the development, which cut the timeline down significantly. The client was happy, the site ranks well, and it proved to me that AI-augmented dev is the way to go.
